The Brief

This kitchen was in one of the properties owned by Wharfedale Interiors Managing Director.

Based in a farmhouse in Darley, this property previously had a tired-looking kitchen that wasn't fully finished and items were slowly falling off.

The property was a 1850 farmhouse with beautiful features and character throughout., so the kitchen needed to appreciate and compliment that.

The Solution

The goal with this kitchen was classic and traditional farmhouse kitchen with some modern twists.

The doors and cabinets are oak painted with a cream and sage green island.

The worktops are solid oak to match the farmhouse-style exterior door in the kitchen to the garden.

We also commissioned bespoke matching furniture in the hallway to add additional storage.
