The client had lived in the property for many years and the kitchen had been installed for over 20 years doing its job over the years. After 20 years of wear and tear, the kitchen was looking tired and items were falling apart.
They contacted Wharfedale Interiors to create a brighter and more efficient space for them to use.
Our focus on this project was to modernise the old and tired-looking cabinets and worktops. We chose the light grey shaker cabinets to keep a classic and timeless look. All the cabinetry was from our Darwin Collection. The tiles from the walls were removed and walls plastered to repair any damp and damage present.
Because the room was narrow and quite dark in places, we replaced the kitchen tiles with a bright white tile.
The worktops and window sills were templated and manufactured in white sparkle Quartz which would add a subtle sparkle to the kitchen appearance.
The Handles are our Quigley bow handle in a brushed finish from Hafele.
