Modern Wall Mounted Fireplace With Tv Surround

The Brief

The client had recently moved into a new build in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. This was their second reception room within the property which wasn't used a huge amount.

They wanted to make this room feel warm and cosy but continue the modern theme throughout the home. After much planning and exchanging ideas we agreed on a wall mounted fireplace which would frame the TV.

The Solution

Our focus on this project was to create a modern look but also add the cosyness to the sitting room. We chose a flush wall mounted electric fireplace with a thin surround and trim. We opted for the logs instead of the crystal interior to add depth to the room.

We built the stud wall and arranged all the necessary trades from the joinery, plastering, decorating and electrics to ensure every stage was complete to our high standards.

The fireplace was designed to be slightly narrower than the TV so it wouldn't dominate the living space. We are thrilled with the finished result.

Very pleased with the finished result which has added personality and warm to this living space. We are proud to have created a beautiful sitting room for the client and turn a under-used room to now one of their favourites in the house.
