Wharfedale Interiors, keeping our clients and team safe.

At Wharfedale Interiors, the health and safety of our customers, our team and the wider community are of paramount importance to us.

For the past two months since 23rd March 2020, we made the difficult decision to close the showroom, workshop, and pause all installs or deliveries.

The understanding from our clients and suppliers has been incredibly welcome during these strange times and we are all very grateful.

After the latest Government announcement, Monday was our first week back for the workshop team and management as we prepare the upcoming kitchen, bedroom, and home office project for our clients.

I’m delighted to announce that with guidance from the industry bodies and the Government, we are planning to re-open the showroom and measures on Tuesday 26th May 2020.

Covid-19 measures to ensure safety

Showroom appointments

Our showroom will be accessible on an appointment-only basis. Our processes and procedures for re-opening have been reviewed by independent consultants and by the regulatory authorities and they are satisfied with the approach we have taken.

More information on booking appointments and measures will be confirmed this weekend on our website, Facebook and Instagram.

As installs, measures and home design appoinment restart in the coming week, we will be ensuring both our team and our clients have no Covid-19 symptoms. This includes having regular temperature checks each morning for all team members to ensure it isn’t inflated.

Any of our clients showing symtoms will be able to postpone their appointment or install dates to when they are feeling better and are happy for us to.

Protective Equipment

All the Wharfedale Interiors team will wear face coverings and gloves when entering and leaving your home. These will be replaced every day to ensure safety and avoid cross-contamination.

Physical Distancing

All the Wharfedale Interiors team will adhere to the Government’s 2m distance advice whether in our clients’ home, the showroom, or workshop. Our clients will be requested to stay in a different room in their home while the team are working where possible.

The Wharfedale Interiors showroom and office team are now working from separate rooms to minimise contact as much as possible.

All Wharfedale Interiors team members will use hand santitiser throughout the day including before and after any interaction with another person. Hand sanitisers will be available in the showroom, offices, and workshops for the team and clients to use.

All kitchen and bedroom displays throughout the showroom will be cleaned everyday as well has the door handles and meeting room table.

Our fleet of vans and cars will be cleaned with disinfectant every time they are entered.

We are confident the above measures and procedures will ensure the safety of our team, suppliers, and clients, giving you the confidence to continue business with Wharfedale Interiors in the near future.
